⚠️ All traps are handcrafted to order. Once production begins, orders are non-refundable. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

Bankpolefever Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it at no charge.

We do not offer cash refunds. We offer replacements for:

  • Items that arrive defective or damaged in shipping
  • Manufacturing defects reported within 7 days of delivery

Replacements require:

  • Photo evidence of the defect or damage
  • Your order number
  • Contact through our [Contact page] within 7 days of delivery

All sales are otherwise final, including:

  • Used or water-deployed traps
  • Items returned without prior authorization
  • Traps that have been cut or modified by the buyer

Fishing Regulations — No Refunds or Replacements: Bankpolefever is not responsible for local, state, or federal fishing regulations in your area. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to verify that any trap purchased is legal for use in their jurisdiction before purchasing. Refunds and replacements will not be issued on the basis that a product does not comply with local fishing regulations.

Uncut Traps: Uncut traps are sold specifically for buyers to cut their own bait openings to their local legal size. Once cut or modified, the trap is non-returnable and non-replaceable under any circumstances.
