Who We Are Bankpole Fever is a small, Missouri-based business. Every trap we sell is handcrafted to order by hand. We are not a factory or mass-production operation.

Eligibility By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally permitted to purchase and use the products in your jurisdiction.

Orders & Acceptance Placing an order does not guarantee fulfillment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — including cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.

Handcrafted Products — No Two Are Identical Because every trap is built by hand, minor variations in construction, clip placement, and finish are normal and expected. These are not defects. Our quality standard is function and durability — not factory uniformity.

Buyer Responsibility — Fishing Regulations It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to verify that any product purchased from Bankpole Fever is legal for use in their state, county, and body of water. We are not responsible for local, state, or federal fishing regulations. No refunds or replacements will be issued on the basis of regulatory non-compliance.

Intellectual Property All content on this site — including product photos, descriptions, logos, and branding — is the property of Bankpole Fever. You may not reproduce, copy, or use our content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability Bankpole Fever shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

Safety Wire traps have sharp edges. Handle all products with care. Keep out of reach of children. Adult supervision is required during handling and deployment.
